Hey everyone I’m hiking in Yosemite this weekend! Scrambled through an old rock slide yesterday and today my group is doing Nevada Falls, pizza (I hear theres salad and light cheese options) at Camp Curry, and star gazing in the meadows!

It makes me so happy that so many people reblogged this (including my teenage borther)! =) Remember, smoking anything is bad for your lungs. And honestly…if you’re trying to lose weight, ingesting marijuana in brownies, cookies, rice krispies treats and dealing with mindless munchies isn’t a good idea…Also you need to be sharp, focused, and keen if you want to do your best in school! I did not get into med school by being dazed through college. Medical marijuana helps many patients, but is also widely abused by just plain bored people.
My drug-free highs:
- running (starts after mile 4 for me)
- singing (vibrations when I’m in my head voice)
- fast game of table tennis
- resting after long-set of push-ups
- release after holding a long squat or Warrior 2 pose
- dancing
